Not sure how it works. No worries. As soon as you activate your account, one of our client engagement managers will arrange a webinar to train on modularized components of the system. In addition to providing you webinar style training sessions, you have access to an extensive library of documentation resources in the form of, wikis, forums and screen casts.

Ongoing Support

It’s our job to make sure that your productivity suite is maintained and working properly. Should you experience any technical difficulties with your site, please contact us as soon as you experience any problems. As soon as new, stable, software releases become available, we will make sure that your account is updated.
